Refunds on Sales Orders

Sales Order Refund Payment

a. Click on Advance Payment inside Sales Order
b. Click Refund Button
c. Click Full or Partial Refund
**Automated Credit Card Charges will refund back to the original payment type. Card not present will refund credit card, card present will send refund to the terminal to complete the transaction. All other refund types are manual.
